Easy Spring Cleanse

lemon cayenneThis Spring, each morning I am drinking a full glass of room temperature water with the juice from one lemon, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 tsp cayenne & 1 tsp local raw honey. It is a wonderful cleanse to kickstart the digestive system. This drink increases metabolism, cleanses the liver, and increases elimination through the skin and bowels!
